Christine is the former Managing Director of Hotel IQ International, where she led over 600 bespoke quality assurance audits across more than 75 countries for some of the world’s most respected hotel groups, including Hyatt, Raffles, Six Senses, Per Aquum, Emaar Hospitality Group, and others.

Her work has also included sustainability and partnership leadership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), shaping initiatives aligned with long-term environmental and community outcomes.

Today, CMG & Partners supports owners, operators, and emerging luxury brands to ensure that the promise of luxury is delivered consistently — not only in service and standards, but also in the environmental and social impact destinations deserve.
